Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit yachtinall.com or contact us, why it is processed and what rights you have. It is prepared in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
The data controller is YachTinALL, Istanbul, Turkey ("Yachtinall", "we", "us"). You can reach us on WhatsApp.
2. What we collect on this website
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics tools. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.
- Technical data: our hosting and security provider Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. This data is held by Cloudflare under its own policies and kept only for a short period.
- A browser preference: when you close the cookie notice, your browser stores a single setting (in local storage) so the notice is not shown again. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device.
- QR code library: on larger screens, a small script for drawing the WhatsApp QR code is loaded from cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare) when you reach the contact section.
3. Cookies
We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. If we add any such tool in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
4. When you contact us on WhatsApp
If you message us, we process your name, phone number, the content of your messages and any photos, documents or locations you choose to share. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and provide the services you request.
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). Messages are carried on its infrastructure, which may involve the transfer of data outside Turkey, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies. Please do not share sensitive personal data or vessel identity unless it is needed for the service.
5. Legal grounds
We process data because it is necessary to take steps before entering into, or to perform, a contract with you (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6/1-b), to comply with legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç), and for our legitimate interests in running a secure website and replying to enquiries (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6/1-f).
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (Cloudflare for hosting and security, WhatsApp for messaging), with parties involved in your project when you ask us to (for example a shipyard or a marina), and with public authorities when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law. Data no longer needed is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 (and the GDPR where it applies), you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for corrections or deletion, learn who it has been shared with, object to results produced solely by automated processing and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Send your request to us on WhatsApp or in writing to our address in Istanbul. We will reply within 30 days at the latest.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.

Bu metin, yachtinall.com sitesini ziyaret ettiğinizde veya bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde hangi kişisel verilerin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini ve haklarınızı açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında aydınlatma yükümlülüğümüz için hazırlanmıştır.
1. Veri sorumlusu
Veri sorumlusu YachTinALL, İstanbul, Türkiye ("Yachtinall") olup bize WhatsApp üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
2. Sitede işlenen veriler
Bu sitede iletişim formu, üyelik, reklam veya analiz aracı bulunmaz. Ziyaretçilerin profili çıkarılmaz.
- Teknik veriler: Barındırma ve güvenlik hizmeti aldığımız Cloudflare, siteyi sunmak ve saldırılara karşı korumak için IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, istenen sayfa ve zaman gibi teknik bilgileri işler. Bu veriler Cloudflare’in kendi politikalarına tabidir ve kısa süre tutulur.
- Tarayıcı tercihi: Çerez bildirimini kapattığınızda tarayıcınız, bildirimin tekrar gösterilmemesi için tek bir ayarı (yerel depolamada) saklar. Bu ayar kişisel veri içermez ve cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
- QR kod kütüphanesi: Geniş ekranlarda iletişim bölümüne geldiğinizde WhatsApp QR kodunu çizen küçük bir dosya cdnjs’ten (Cloudflare) yüklenir.
3. Çerezler
Reklam, takip veya analiz amaçlı çerez kullanmıyoruz. İleride böyle bir araç eklersek önce onayınızı isteyecek ve bu metni güncelleyeceğiz.
4. WhatsApp üzerinden iletişim
Bize yazdığınızda adınız, telefon numaranız, mesajlarınızın içeriği ve paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, belge veya konumlar işlenir. Bu bilgileri yalnızca talebinizi yanıtlamak, teklif hazırlamak ve istediğiniz hizmeti sunmak için kullanırız.
WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) tarafından sunulan bir hizmettir. Mesajlar bu şirketin altyapısında taşınır, bu da verilerin yurt dışına aktarılmasını içerebilir ve WhatsApp’ın kendi gizlilik politikası da geçerlidir. Hizmet için gerekmedikçe özel nitelikli kişisel veri veya tekne kimlik bilgisi paylaşmamanızı rica ederiz.
5. Hukuki sebepler
Verileriniz, bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (KVKK md. 5/2-c), hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesi (md. 5/2-ç) ve güvenli bir site işletmek ile taleplere yanıt vermek konusundaki meşru menfaatimiz (md. 5/2-f) hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir.
6. Verilerin aktarılması
Kişisel verileri satmayız. Yalnızca faaliyetimizi yürütmemize yardımcı olan hizmet sağlayıcılarla (barındırma ve güvenlik için Cloudflare, mesajlaşma için WhatsApp), talebiniz üzerine projenizde yer alan taraflarla (örneğin tersane veya marina) ve kanunen zorunlu hallerde yetkili kamu kurumlarıyla paylaşırız.
7. Saklama süresi
Talep yazışmaları, talebinizi sonuçlandırmak için gereken süre boyunca, birlikte çalışmamız halinde ise Türk ticaret ve vergi mevzuatının öngördüğü süreler boyunca saklanır. Gerek kalmayan veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
8. Haklarınız
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı kişileri öğrenme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurularınızı WhatsApp üzerinden veya İstanbul’daki adresimize yazılı olarak iletebilirsiniz. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu metni güncelleyebiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih her zaman en güncel sürümü gösterir.
